How you learn
This multidisciplinary degree uses a wide range of learning and teaching methods including clinical-based practical sessions, laboratory work, lectures, seminars, group work and placements. You will also have the opportunity to take part in offering University teams a first-aid service at matches, competitions and events. Practice experience is an integral component of this degree programme. In Year 3 you will be put in the sports injury environment, where you will meet the complexities of real clinical situations. You will have to retrieve and synthesise material previously learned in the University setting and integrate it with new information gathered in relation to the patient.
How you are assessed
You will be assessed by a combination of written and practical assessments. You will also be required to produce a dissertation in your final year of study.
