Jobs E-bulletin issue no: 884/070318 Date job posted: 06 March 2018

The Graduate Internship Scheme is collaboration between the University of Sunderland, a recent Graduate and a regional SME. The Scheme has been designed to benefit both the Graduate and the company, ensuring that the Graduate takes the first steps on the career ladder whilst the company benefits from the Graduates enthusiasm, expertise and up to date knowledge.

The HR Dept Newcastle is part of The HR Dept franchise and is the UK’s largest network of HR professionals providing outsourced HR support to local businesses.
This means you will also be part of a wider network of HR professionals across the UK, imagine having the knowledge of over 200 HR professionals as part of your network.

The HR Dept Newcastle are looking for our HR Advisors of the Future.
Being a Graduate at The HR Dept Newcastle is a great opportunity as from this scheme we aim to ‘home grow’ our HR Advisors and give them future opportunity to progress.
From day one of our 12-month programme, you will be in our local HR Dept office, working alongside and fully supported by our existing team of experienced HR professionals.

You will receive development across all aspects of HR and this will be underpinned with regular monthly employment law training and attendance at the HR Training we deliver to our clients. Much of your development will be gained through hands on practical experience and being mentored and coached by the team.

At the end of the programme you will have grown into a true generalist HR Advisor who is commercially aware, has a pragmatic approach and is responsive to your clients. You will have gained invaluable experience across a wide and diverse range of sectors. You will have experienced HR challenges that your average HR Advisor may experience in a career (not even joking!)

On completion of the programme, it is our ambition that you will then progress to completing a Level 5 CIPD apprenticeship, subject availability.
