The successful candidate must possess: Experience in at least one the following areas:
• Commercial experience or equivalent in software development projects
• Experience of agile development
• Relevant experience of software project management
• Knowledge of user centred system design
• Knowledge of e-commerce solutions
• Knowledge of recommender systems

Essential skills we require as a minimum:
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and leading a team.
• Ability to work independently, problem solve and seek guidance where required.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Planning and organising skills and the ability to prioritise work with conflicting deadlines
• Ability to understand commercial markets and factors influencing them
• Report writing skills

Degree subjects required: minimum, you will hold an Honours degree in Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence or a relevant discipline.
Location: Sheffield
Type: Contract   24 month fixed term
Basis: Full Time
Salary Details: £24,000 to £27,000 depending on your experience  with a generous personal development budget that is in addition to formal management training
