We are looking for a Support Worker who can demonstrate compassion and empathy in their approach to caring for our clients in Middlesbrough, at our service rated ‘Good’ in all areas by the CQC.

This role will involve supporting 8 clients with learning disabilities, complex needs and some challenging behaviours by promoting their independence and helping them get the most out of life. You will be required to assist with household tasks such as cooking, shopping and budgeting as well as domestic duties. You will be expected to assist with personal care.

Location: Middlesbrough
Type: Permanent
Basis: Full Time   40 hours per week (to be covered over 5 days, including earlies, lates, sleep-ins, nights and bank holidays)

Salary Details: £16,685 - £17,775 per annum
