Selection tests

Job selection tests look at your aptitude and personality and can give helpful insights into your abilities, motivations and interests. Employers often use them in the selection process.

We advise you to contact the employer prior to the test day if you have a disability that may affect your performance so they can make the appropriate reasonable adjustments for you.
