Get ahead in your career with the Diversi-tees mentoring scheme

Students who are accepted onto the scheme will benefit from the support of an employer in preparing for their future career.

William Nguekam Poussi, MA Human Resource Management

The Diversi-tees Mentoring scheme provided me with so many opportunities. My mentor arranged for me to carry out my research at Cleveland Police and helped develop my leadership and communication skills. As a result of the scheme I have also developed a network of senior professional managers at Cleveland Police.
