What you need to know

Please sign up

Some of our presenters travel a significant distance to speak to you so we need to know how many people are likely to attend. And sometimes there is a limit on how many people we can accommodate at our events so it's always a good idea to book a place. Signing up also means you'll be emailed about any changes or cancellation.
If you later decide not to attend please email careers@tees.ac.uk.

Our events usually start promptly but we don't mind you coming in a few minutes after the start. However coming in very late disrupts the session and creates a negative impression of Teesside students to visiting speakers. If you know you will be significantly late you can let us know by emailing careers@tees.ac.uk.

Presentation slides and additional resourcesE-learning@tees. This is an external website. The link to E-learning@Tees website will open in a new window.

To save paper we don't normally give out paper copies of our presentations but you'll be able to view them on the Careers section in My Organisations on the E-learning@Tees website. You'll also find plenty of other material including videos and downloadable handouts.

Our events for non-UK students

Many EU and international students don't have a good knowledge of the UK employment market. Our non-UK presentations have the same content as our standard sessions but are longer to allow us to include additional introductory information and extra time for your questions. Non-UK students are welcome at our standard events but we feel that you will benefit from the additional time and content of our specialised sessions.
