Learning and development
The Department for Learning Development co-ordinate, develop and facilitate a wide range of learning and development activities to support all aspects of professional and personal development across the University.
The department also facilitates a wide range of generic and tailored learning and development activities and programmes to meet the needs of individuals and teams within Schools and departments. We also offer a broad range of Consultancy Support Services to all levels of staff across the University. We pride ourselves in our individual bespoke response to staff needs.
Within the department we have staff with a variety of professional expertise and interests who are available to work with individuals, module or programme teams, subject groups, Schools or departments to help identify and meet personal and professional development needs covering a wide range of issues and challenges.
