HR operations

A team of managers and administrators have responsibility for specific schools and departments and can offer information, advice and support on areas including:

Our managers provide support with longer term planning and staffing projects, HERA analysis and casework. They are the link between HR and the schools and departments and they ensure clients are kept up to date with the developments in HR.

Our administrators support the HR managers by dealing with routine HR enquiries and requests for information about policies, employee entitlements and all recruitment and selection queries. They also supervise a small administrative team.
