Systems and information team

The systems and information team is responsible for the overall management, development and maintenance of the HR Management Information System. They provide help on staffing, monitoring, statistics, statutory returns, system-related training and holiday cards.

There is information and guidelines available relating to:

  • current use of the HR system and associated reports
  • access to your own details
  • guidelines for the staff monitoring process
  • university management information
  • HESA
  • atypical/non-contractual information.

However, some of the above information is available to University users only.
