HR System

We use the Trent HRMS system, which contains employee data, recruitment details and absence information. The system works alongside payroll and is crucial to the basic functions of all employee administration.

Trent HRMS is managed within HR, however, the absence administration is managed locally.

Guidelines are available for local users of the HR system to help with the administration of employee absence.

The Systems and Administration team is responsible for the overall management, development and maintenance of the HR management information system and supporting the HR department's administration of staff contracts, recruitment and selection.
