Information and Enhancements


The Information and Enhancements Team have access to a wide range of data which can be accessed through various sources.

Their reports are used to assist with HR processes such as:

  • contracts
  • starters and leavers
  • redeployment lists
  • pay protection.

To assist the University with processes such as:

  • UCEA senior management surveys
  • UCEA staff surveys
  • national statistics
  • star chamber information
  • research information
  • facts and figures.

To assist with data on processes such as:

  • age profiles
  • establishment listings
  • DES/GES/equal pay/EO provision.

We also provide quarterly information to the school/department senior management. This information ensures the University is meeting its statutory obligations for equal opportunities monitoring. It also acts as a source of information for the schools and departments to assist with their own planning.

  • qualifications.

The HR Support Services team is responsible for the overall management, development and maintenance of the HR management information system and supporting the HR department's administration of staff contracts, recruitment and selection.
