Q: Do I have to attend?
A: Attendance is not compulsory. Everything you need to know is given to you during your induction process. But the welcome day will give you a great start to your time here at Teesside University and help you find your way around campus.
Q: Do I have to stay all day?
A: The event is open 10.00am-6.00pm but you can pop over whenever you like. Check the event guide for anything that might not be scheduled to run all day. Note: you will have a scheduled time to pick up your keys if you are staying in university accommodation.
Q: Can I bring family and friends along?
A: Of course you can - they’re more than welcome.
Q: I’m not starting a course just yet, but I want to apply to Teesside, can I still visit?
A: This event is for students that have a place at Teesside and are starting their course in September 2011. If you haven’t applied to Teesside and would like to see the campus join us on one of our open days.
Q: I’m not moving into accommodation, should I still come along?
A: The event is open to all new Teesside University students, whether you’re moving to the area or you’re already living here with family.
