We have a successful track record of matching business needs with our graduate skills.

Graduates for business is an initiative aimed at helping graduates to get their foot on the first rung of the career ladder by assisting them in finding employment with locally based businesses.

Benefits to your business include:

  • a subsidy to small to medium enterprises based in the North East
  • access £135 per week for 12 weeks as salary support to employ a graduate
  • a free recruitment service supporting the growth of local small to medium businesses.

To be eligible, you must be a Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise (SME) based in the North East.
