How to order and delivery details

Merchandise can be ordered by completing the order form and:

  • emailing it to merchandise@tees.ac.uk
  • bringing it to the Student Centre, 2nd floor, Marketing & Student Recruitment office.

Alternatively call or visit us on the second floor of the Student Centre, Marketing & Student Recruitment Department (01642 342933). Card payment is accepted but cash payment must be made at the cash office in Middlesbrough Tower before collecting merchandise.

Merchandise requiring delivery:

  • orders placed before 12noon will be sent out before 5.00pm
  • orders placed after 12noon will be sent out the next working day
  • orders placed on a weekend are sent out the next working day.
