This course is delivered at the Centre for Professional and Executive Development, Darlington campus, and the Middlesbrough campus.
Your learning consists of a range of face-to-face sessions blended with online resources.
You are assessed by a 4,000-word case study of a service user known to yourself. This assesses your ability to demonstrate a critical understanding of assessment, planning and evaluation processes in relation to working with an individual living with an autism condition and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (depending on your working environment), together with being able to critically evaluate the evidence base for supporting people living with autism spectrum conditions and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.
You must have evidence of studying at Level 6.
