Understanding Children's Development (Psychology)

Study the way children’s thinking, emotions and social relationships develop from infancy through to late childhood. Consider evidence on how to best support children through key developmental milestones. Topics include how children develop a theory of mind, whether carer-infant attachments are essential to emotional well being in later childhood, and the importance of play and peer groups in promoting interpersonal skills.
