Modules offered may vary.
This module develops your understanding of the key concepts, theories and techniques of the process of strategic decision making and strategic management within the organisation. Specifically it considers strategic analysis, strategy formulation, strategic choice and decision making, leadership and strategy and strategy implementation. The module also deals with the process of international and multinational strategic choice and the management of change at a strategic level. Assessment is by examination with a pre-released case study.
