This module will introduce you to basic qualitative and quantitative research methods. You will be encouraged to explore research and research design issues which will help you design your own dissertation project. You will gain experience of using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) and develop your skills in research interviewing. You will also produce a draft design of your dissertation research project.
