Marketing Applications gives you the scope to develop analytical skills, practice decision making and consolidate your understanding of marketing as a managerial activity of corporate relevance. The module also aims to ensure that you understand the marketing planning process, and encourages you to think in strategic terms about the problems facing marketing managers in today’s changing and turbulent market conditions. Case studies of increasing depth and complexity are used and are a crucial component of this module. The case method encourages you to be an active decision-maker in marketing strategy, to analyse relevant data and apply the theories, concepts and analytical techniques discussed in class and readings.
