Sustainability at Teesside

The sustainability issue is here to stay and our new forum Sustees is a platform for sustainable development activity in Tees Valley.

Sustees

Sustees will share and disseminate good practice as well as being a network to link like-minded activists, scholars, enterprises and communities.

A series of events launched Sustees. If you would like to be involved in the forum and kept up to date with events we will include you on the mailing list. Email your details to c.e.wilson@tees.ac.uk .

It’s an agenda which cuts across many walks of life and the forum will showcase how much work is currently being undertaken in this field.

The idea for Sustees arose during the development of a new suite of courses around ‘sustainability’. It became clear that groups and individuals within the University and across the region have been taking part in a variety of activities related to sustainable development for some time. It was also clear much could be gained from forging stronger links between them.

Sustees will share and disseminate good practice as well as being a network to link like-minded activists, scholars, enterprises and communities.
