The masterclass series day structure
- each day will follow a similar pattern, starting with some group work as each day will introduce new delegates with different experiences and expectations
- the topic area will be introduced by a topic expert (either from Teesside University or one of our external practitioner partners) and explored from both academic and practical perspectives utilising a range of interventions including presentations, presentation, facilitated group discussion, topic interpretations, case study, project work and action learning
- the session will then define a project area that is work-based and through facilitated individual and group activities, and use of action learning sets, opportunities to improve practice in the work place will be investigated, evaluated and defined
- each delegate will leave the masterclass with a clear action plan to help them to take the learning from the day back to their role
- the final masterclass 'Consolidation - translating the series into business benefits' will draw on all of these action plans and by grouping delegates in different ways through the day according to their company, functional area and team position, the day will generate measurable business action plans that tackle the key issues from across your organisation today.
