Publication scheme
The Freedom of Information Act 2000 commits public bodies to publishing certain information in accordance with the Model Publication Scheme developed by the Information Commissioner’s Office.
The Model Publication Scheme is available below. It identifies seven categories of information:
- who we are and what we do
- what we spend and how we spend it
- what our priorities are and how we are doing
- how we make decisions
- our policies and procedures
- lists and Registers
- the services we offer.
How to access information covered by the Publication Scheme
Most information listed in the Publication Scheme is incorporated within the relevant sections of this website. You may find the website search facility or sitemap helpful. Detailed directions for accessing the information covered by the Publication Scheme are given in the Guide to Information document below.

Is there a charge?
Information published on the website is freely available. It may occasionally be necessary to make a charge towards the administrative costs of producing and distributing information in hard copy. Further details are given in the Guide to Information. If any charges apply to your request, you will be contacted before the information is provided.
