We rent property directly from a landlord and then sublet the accommodation to our students. This means we make sure that standards in these properties are high which gives you more protection.

All houses are terraces and furnished. Facilities can vary, but normally include single study bedrooms and shared use of the living room, kitchen and bathroom.

  • burglar alarms and hard-wired smoke detectors are standard
  • rent (2010-11) x 40 weeks: around £54-£59 per week including heating and lighting (but not internet costs), plus £150 deposit.
