- 1 cooker (4 rings or hot plates plus grill and oven)
- 1 heat detector
- 1 fire blanket
- adequate food storage and crockery cupboards
- adequately sized work surfaces

- washing-up bowl and rack
- separate fridge and freezer or fridge/freezer
- washing machine
General
- acuum cleaner
- dustbin
- light bulbs and lampshades throughout
- thumb turn lock required on front door
- central heating

- 2 hard wired smoke detectors
- fire door with self-closer required in doorway between kitchen and living room. (If the staircase leads directly into the living room rather than the hallway fire doors are required on all internal doors)
- a digital TV aerial
- broadband cabling into the property
- it is not necessary to provide pots, pans, crockery, cutlery or bedding
- we ask that paint colour schemes in houses on our scheme are kept neutral (i.e. cream, magnolia or white)
- we ask that when landlords buy or replace furniture for houses on our scheme that they consult the accommodation team for suitable options
- please note - all furniture must comply with the Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations 1988.
