Parkside houses and flats are on the southern edge of the campus close to Middlesbrough's town park - Albert Park.

This hall has 28 houses with a community of six students in each plus two blocks of flats which offer living space for 24 students grouped in clusters of six. All rooms are single and the buildings are centrally heated with the cost included in your rent.

In each house there is one bedroom on the ground floor, three on the first and two on the top. The kitchen diner is on the ground floor. There is a shower room and toilet on the ground and first floor with an additional hand basin on the top floor.

Each residence has its own team of wardens who live on site. They are trained to deal with issues and provide support outside normal working hours. Contact details are on display in each residence.
