24 hour caretaking cover
Parkside hall is set on the southern edge of the campus facing Middlesbrough's town park - Albert Park. It has single main entrance leading to all rooms and has 24 hour caretaking cover.
There are both single and shared rooms available each with a handbasin. Bathrooms and shower rooms are available on every floor.
Dayrooms and kitchens are also on every floor for cooking, dining and socialising. The building is centrally heated and the cost is included in your rent. There's also a coin operated laundry on site.
Each residence has its own team of wardens who live on site. They are trained to deal with issues and provide support outside normal working hours. Contact details are on display in each residence.
