Accommodation – Woodlands Halls

En-suite accommodation

Woodlands halls offers en-suite accommodation for those who want their own private bathroom facilities.

There are seven individual halls grouped together as a community with 36 students in each. Within each hall you are grouped in smaller clusters of six and share cooking and dining facilities.

All rooms are single and each has a storage heater. Heating costs are included in the rent.

Each residence has its own team of wardens who live on site. They are trained to deal with issues and provide support outside normal working hours. Contact details are on display in each residence.

  • Seven blocks of single en-suite study bedrooms in cluster groups of six. Each has a communal kitchen.

Single - £3,600pa, or £90 per week
Rents are for 40 weeks and include heating and lighting.
