‘If compassion does not include yourself, it is incomplete.’ Buddha

We live in a busy and demanding world, where life can sometimes feel stressful. Have you ever considered using mindfulness for yourself or perhaps in your work with your clients, but wondered exactly what it was all about? Then come along and find out more about mindfulness, no previous experience of meditation necessary.

This masterclass:
> introduces the basic concepts of mindfulness
>introduces the experiential practice of mindfulness exercise including automatic pilot, short body scan and mindful breathing
>explores the benefits of using mindfulness for ourselves and to enhance our clinical practice
>helps you consider if you would like to develop your interest and practice of mindfulness to look at potential ways forward from today.

This masterclass is relevant to anyone wanting to explore the topic of mindfulness.
