Professor Fraser was Vice-Chancellor and Chief Executive of Teesside University from 1992 to 2002. His return to Teesside to present the lecture comes during the institution’s 20th year as a University.
Professor Fraser’s public lecture, Britain Under New Labour, can be heard at 6pm on Wednesday 28 November in the University’s Centuria Building, Room H0.01. Refreshments will be served from 5.30pm.
