Just Williams which is based in Fusion Hive on Stockton’s North Shore is growing its team following several recent contract wins.

The business was founded by Jessica Williams who studied an MBA at Teesside University Business School and now sits on the school’s advisory board.

Established in 2016, Just Williams designs, develops and implements outsourced sales solutions to assist its clients to raise their brand profile and develop new business opportunities. Jessica has grown the business to eight people in the last year with a further five appointments set to follow throughout 2019.

Most recently, Anna Caygill, aged 33, has been appointed as a sales specialist following several recent contract wins. Joseph Kelly, 24, also joins in a sales support role looking after a range of clients throughout the North East.

The company has also recruited Teesside University BA (Hons) Journalism graduate Lucy Tyreman to look after its marketing.

In 2018, Jessica was crowned Best Newcomer at the Tees Businesswomen Awards and Just Williams was runner-up in the category of Best New Business.

Jessica said: 'We have established a very strong presence on Teesside and I am now looking to build our profile in the north of the region and Yorkshire, where I see huge opportunities for growth. We identified a gap in the market for professionally-outsourced sales for businesses that did not have a fully-functioning sales team and were ambitious for growth.

'We then productised our offering into three clearly defined sales solutions. The products have different pricing structures, enabling clients to progress to the next level as they grow and develop further.'

She added: 'My aim is to professionalise the sales industry, attracting and developing skilled people who can deliver exceptional results for our clients set against a clear vision and strategy.

'People and relationships are at the heart of all we do, both in terms of the Just Williams team and our clients. We see ourselves as an extension of our clients’ sales teams, managing their complete sales and business development functions or undertaking specific projects.'

As a resident of Fusion Hive, which is managed by the University, Just Williams is also able to access the University’s significant business networks, expertise and training provision, and help in sourcing potential funding.

Last year, Just Williams worked with Innovate Tees Valley, a Teesside University-led programme which helps SMEs do new things in their business and create and improve services, products and processes, to help recruit new staff through the scheme’s graduate placement programme.
