To be a great manager, you must have an extensive set of skills - from planning and delegation to communication and motivation. Because the skill set is so wide, it's tempting to build skills in the areas of management that you're already comfortable with. But, for your long-term success, it's wise to analyse your skills in all areas of management - and then to challenge yourself to improve in all of these areas.
The Management Masterclasses offer a flexible learning model so you can choose who should attend and when to help you and your organisation to develop business capability and enhance key areas of business management.
They provide a wide range of benefits:
The topic area is introduced by an expert (either from Teesside University or one of our external practitioner partners) and explored from both academic and practical perspectives using a range of methods including presentations, facilitated group discussion, topic interpretations and case studies.
All the workshops are delivered at the Centre for Professional and Executive Development in Darlington from 9.30am - 4.30pm. They can be also be delivered at your premises, subject to numbers. Please contact us for more details.
The cost per session is £250 + VAT per person. Course fee includes all course materials, lunch and refreshments. Places are limited.
