Hat trick of results for Teesside

23 June 2011

Teesside has enjoyed its best year to date in the national university league tables.

First, we went up 15 places in the Complete University Guide.

Then we soared 19 places in The Guardian's University Guide, published in May 2011.

Now in the third of this year’s national university league tables, Teesside has moved up ten places in The Times Good University Guide.

Professor Graham Henderson, CBE, Vice-Chancellor and Chief Executive of Teesside University, said: 'I am very proud that Teesside has risen significantly in all three of the major University league tables published this year, and that we have had our best ever results in two of those tables.

'It is a great tribute to the whole University community and yet more evidence that Teesside is a university that is well placed to succeed in the future, as we continue to emphasise the student experience at the centre of all our work.'

Open day Over 1,000 visitors attended our June open day to find out more about studying here in 2012.

Students got the opportunity to go to talks on subjects they were interested in as well as find out the real story on fees and funding.

Anyone who couldn't attend can still book on to our October open days to visit Teesside. Book now
