Paying full-time tuition fees
Instalment payments must be made in full by the end of April, or by the date exams start, whichever is earliest
Payment in full - in advance, on the day of enrolment, or by prior arrangement with the Finance Department.
Payment in three instalments - on or before:
- 30 November
- 31 January
- 30 April
Payment in seven instalments - on or before:
Fees, and how they are paid, are different for international students.

Pay fees online
The University Finance Office is on the ground floor of Middlesbrough Tower. If making a payment or collecting a bursary please bring your enrolment card with you. Payment may be made in cash, by cheque, by credit/debit card, postal order or bankers draft.
The Finance Office is open on week days (except bank holidays) between:
- 9.00am - 4.30pm, Monday to Thursday
- 9.00am - 4.00pm, Friday
