An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Learning and Development Consultant to join our Department for Learning Development.

You will work as part of a professional learning and development team and will have extensive recent experience of identifying, developing, facilitating and evaluating a wide range of professional and personal learning and development activities and services.

You will have excellent facilitation, training and presentation skills and will be able to build rapport to establish relationships and build networks with staff at all levels of the University community.

Your consultative and participative approach will enable you to work confidently and credibly to develop and enhance learning and development activities and services that have organisational impact.

You must be educated to degree level in a relevant subject or hold a recognised teaching or professional learning and development qualification and ideally be a member of a relevant professional body, e.g. the CIPD.
