The Department of Marketing & Student Recruitment is seeking to appoint a Graduate Intern to assist in the organisation of student recruitment, marketing and alumni activity. You will be involved in the implementation and /or delivery of a range of recruitment events and activities to facilitate affinity with University, through improving the profile and reputation of the University. You will also assist in activities which promote an effective network of relationships particularly with prospective and current students, key influencers and stakeholders in external organisations.

You will engage in direct contact with prospective and current students to enhance the student recruitment, marketing and alumni activities of the university and will also undertake administrative tasks associated with recruitment activity across the whole department.

This internship is open to former recent graduates of the University. Potential applicants must demonstrate an enthusiasm for higher education and possess a detailed knowledge of the structure of higher education admissions. An understanding of data protection and confidentiality of information is essential and you must be able to work under pressure to strict deadlines. You will have extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office programmes with good communication skills and the ability to plan and organise your work to meet deadlines.
