Her talk, No more heroic leaders – it’s time to join up the dots, will look at public leadership, how we understand it and how it fits within the changing context of public services.
It will be delivered at the Centuria Building from 6.30pm on Wednesday 16 February. Refreshments from 6.00pm.
Professor Liddle, Professor of Public Management and Head of the International Centre for Public Services Management at Nottingham Business School, Nottingham Trent University, is a Visiting Professor at Teesside University. She also delivers in-house corporate courses for public, third sector and commercial clients.
Meanwhile a new date has been set for a talk to be given at the University by Professor Eric Senior, also as part of the Audience With programme.
Professor Senior’s lecture, rubbish Dumps and Beyond – One Man’s Environmental Quest, was due to have been given at the University in December, but was postponed due to the weather.
Now the free talk from Professor Eric Senior, Director of the Clean Environment Management Centre (CLEMANCE), can be heard at 6.30pm on Wednesday 18 May in Centuria.
