Plan ahead with our virtual chat

We are holding separate Open Days on Wednesday 19 October and Saturday 29 October. The Open Days are for potential students who wish to start undergraduate courses at the University in September 2012.

For those already registered to attend, an online virtual chat is available beforehand, on Monday 17 October from 4.00pm to 6.00pm for the 19 October Open Day and on Thursday 27 October for the 29 October Open Day, both from 4.00pm to 6.00pm.

Planning ahead

Samantha Forbes, Student Recruitment Co-ordinator, said, 'We’re offering the virtual chat for the first time to help prospective students make the best of the Open Days by planning ahead. We get a lot of questions in the build up to the Open Days so we’ll have a team available to help answer these in advance.

'We can answer all enquiries, ranging from the easiest travel routes to the University to which subject talks are available. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use this service also so speak to your son or daughter for the chat link.'

Those already registered to attend either of the Open Days will receive an email invite beforehand. The University is also running a Parents Question Time at 2.00pm at both Open Days, which run from 10.00am to 3.00pm.
