Our careers service was one of the first to be accredited under the Matrix national quality standard for information, advice and guidance.
We can help you with applications and preparing for interviews with our wide range of resources in the careers library and specialised careers education sessions. In our IT area you can research jobs and vacancies on the internet.

Starting your own business
If you have a fantastic idea and want to set up your own business our graduate enterprise programme can help. You can find out what it means to run a business by taking part in our enterprise development project and a wide range of entrepreneurship events.
We have first class facilities on campus for new business ventures. Since 2000, over 100 graduate business start-ups have been launched creating around 200 jobs.
Our DigitalCity Fellowships give graduates in digital and creative technologies the opportunity to develop ideas into products and business opportunities. Based in our high-tech Institute of Digital Innovation, Fellows have access to funding and specialist support.
