Linda Nelson
Associate Dean (Enterprise & Business Engagement), School of Health & Social Care
T: 01642 384964
Research: Health & Social Care research

As an Associate Dean in the School of Health & Social Care I have responsibility for the portfolio of enterprise and business engagement. As a member of the senior executive team I work closely with colleagues within the School and the wider university to maintain existing partnerships whilst seeking out new opportunities for the growth of enterprise and business across the university.

A main focus of my role is to ensure that the range of educational provision offered in the School meets the needs of the health and social care workforce. Examples of this include the higher and degree apprenticeship agenda, accredited and non-accredited provision, bespoke masterclasses designed to meet the workforce requirements, consultancy and conferences.

This involves working in partnership with a range of organisations in health and social care, including NHS Trusts, private and independent sectors, locally, nationally and internationally.

The School and the university have an excellent reputation and proven record of working in partnership and we would welcome the opportunity to explore with you any future developments to meet individual needs.
