Jacquie is currently on a part-time secondment to Academic Registry, and programme leader for PgC and MSc Forensic Radiography in the School of Health and Social Care. Jacquie is qualified as a Diagnostic Radiographer and have significant experience of curriculum design, particularly of a unique international forensic radiography programme via distance learning. Jacquie’s work in distance learning and the use of webinars has been presented at national and international conferences. Jacquie is Chair of the International Association of Forensic Radiographers. Jacquie’s MA research on assessment feedback was extensively disseminated, including at the International Scholarship for Teaching and Learning in Canada in 2008. She was awarded University Associate Teaching Fellow in January 2015 and awarded the Vice Chancellor’s Achieving Excellence Award for Most Innovative Teaching Practice in March 2015.

She is working on projects related to technology enhanced learning and distance learning. She is currently delivering staff development workshops on flexible and blended learning, co-leads the distance learning module for staff, and is designing a range of resources to assist staff in their design of distance learning, as well as consultancy and other projects.
