Siobhan works as a full time Senior Lecturer in Service Improvement in the School of Health and Social Care at Teesside University.
Siobhan qualified as a physiotherapist in 1995 and after working in clinical and managerial roles in the NHS, moved to Higher Education in 2009.
Siobhan specialises in quality improvement approaches and supports students in leadership and management roles with their service improvement projects.
