Research funding for inteGRIDy team

Researchers in the School of Science & Engineering have won significant research funding in a new fifteen million Euro Smart Grid project called inteGRIDy.

The project is funded through H2020 and its main aim is to facilitate the decarbonisation of the electricity grid through the integration and deployment of innovative demand response and smart grid technologies. The inteGRIDy project team at Teesside includes Professor Nash Dawood, Dr Vladimir Vukovic , Dr Tracey Crosbie and Dr Huda Dawood. They have travelled to Barcelona to meet with the other 30 partner organisations at the project launch meeting.
