Knowledge Transfer Partnership with Niven Architects

The project aims to develop a BIM-based lifecycle information flow that integrates Niven’s construction supply chain and provides a trade-off analysis tool to foresee and manage sustainability ratings. At the heart of this project is to develop protocols for BIM integrated design processes.

The development of the BIM protocols for integrated design processes have been completed and tested. In the remaining months, while developing and testing the trade-off tool, the protocols will be further consolidated through their deployment on an increasing number of live projects.
