Catherine McCauley-Smith is a Senior Lecturer in Leadership and Change at Teesside University Business School. Her special interest is in the role of leaders in transformation change. She is a Fellow of the Institute for Leadership and Management and is Secretary for the British Academy of Management Transformational Change Subject Information Group. Her academic career started in 2000, having previously served a full service career with the Royal Air Force as an HR Manager, working across the globe including North-West Europe and the USA.
