As we are well and truly into 2012 and the New Year resolutions are feeling the strain, now is the time to put a little bounce into your step with support and inspiration.

We have an extensive programme of exercise classes, and something to suit everyone: Try energetic Zumba, exotic bellydancing, or retro rollerskating, or if you prefer something a little gentler, come for a health walk in Albert Park.
