Counselling

Alliance Workplace Counselling Service provides a confidential, professional and free counselling service for University employees.

Alliance counsellors are experienced at working with a variety of issues which may be causing concern such as anxiety or relationship problems. All difficulties, either personal or work related, can affect our ability to cope at home and at work. Talking to a trained counsellor can help you to gain perspective and support through the difficulties.

Appointments can be made to be seen at locations in Middlesbrough, Stockton and Darlington with a male or female counsellor. Up to six sessions are funded by the University.
