Independent of the University, the union is run by a Board of Trustees including four elected officers, all previous students. As a student, you automatically become a member. All profits we make fund other services for you.
We can represent and support you whenever you need it. As an equal opportunities organisation, we ensure ALL students can access a wide range of services and volunteering opportunities.
Activities Centre
This is the place to find out about our wide range of clubs and societies as well as the volunteering opportunities we can offer you. It's so successful we won a Sport England's VIP Recognition Award for supporting volunteering in sport.
The Link - advice, jobs and representation
The Link provides help and information on a range of issues, such as finance, accommodation or your course, are available - a friendly and confidential service.
Students' Union shop
This sells everything from newspapers and magazines to stationery and groceries, all at student-friendly prices. It also has a photocopying service.
