Practical help at hand for North East business ideas
The DigitalCity Innovation and Growth project at Teesside University is urging digital media, technology and creative specialists to apply for their unique fellowship scheme as the closing date approaches.
The scheme offers entrepreneurs in growing sectors- such as animation, digital technologies, games, multimedia, music, mobile technologies and film- the opportunity to explore their ideas in a supportive environment backed by a bursary of £4,000 and mentoring by industry specialists.
The closing date for the next round of applications is noon on Monday 21 May.
North East-based individuals or teams with an original business or project idea, which they are keen to commercialise and take to the market, can apply for one of the fellowships.
Recent graduates, postgraduates or industry professionals with a relevant, original project idea are invited to submit an application by visiting the DigitalCity website.
