Hot stone massage

What is it?

Relax as you lay upon heated stones, warming up tired muscles. Warm oil is applied to your body using hot stones and warm hands where tensions give way to relaxation and rejuvenation. Hot stone massage consists of traditional massage techniques with the incorporation of therapeutic heat through warmed stones, The temperature aids in the healing process.

How much does it cost

A 60 minute hot stone massage is £18 for staff and £15 for students. A 45 minute session is £16 and £13 for students. A 30 minute session is £13 for staff and £10 for students. All appointments take place in the Well-being Centre office.

When is it?

Appointments are available on Tuesdays, from 11.00am - 3.00pm and on Thursdays, 1.00pm to 7.00pm or 1.00pm to 5.00pm fortnightly.
